Somewhere along the line, I realised that I can put these skills into cake decorating.

It thrilled me to see how much joy my creations could bring people. Between late nights and early mornings, I refined my designs and technical skills to go beyond the boundaries of traditional cakes, enabling me to express theme in whichever way the occasion required. 

I don’t take short cuts, I don’t compromise style. I don’t sacrifice flavour.
