We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any products offered by third-party sellers through the site or any website. We strongly advise that all payments for products on our marketplace must be made through this platform to enable us with the ability to mediate where required. We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers if products or services are paid for by you outside of the Ariya Marketplace/Gift Shop.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & refunds are at sellers discretion. Sellers must state their returns policy on their profile or shop item listings. If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to send it back, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return.
Once you start a return, the seller has 3 business days to resolve your issue. If your problem isn’t solved at the end of the 3 business days, you can ask us to step in and mediate. Visit RMA Requests in your order page to start your returns process.
