Hall of Cakes was established in 2007 by Nicola Hall. Nicola’s original background was in art and design. However, she actually enjoyed a career as a Lloyds Insurance Broker for 12 years, with a passion for history and a love of architecture.
Nicola felt there was a gap in the market for what she considered really ‘traditional wedding cakes’. Cakes with the most intricate piping detail and the most exquisite sugar flowers. Skills that seem to have been lost somewhat over the years.
It is also the design element that Nicola is really passionate about. To create wedding cakes that really are ‘bespoke’. Bespoke creations that require the most skilled hand in sugarcraft and the highest standard in design.
Hall of Cakes are today recognised as one of the top cake companies in London and the southeast.
